Chocolate Nights Preparations 2014

Chocolate Nights is opening the 7th of February and running every Friday and Saturday through the middle of March. The first weekend will offer about half of the program due to Chris and I being out of town on a super secret mission. I am very excited about the desserts again this year and it's coordination with the month of chocolate. The first four are below stay tuned for more. 

Dome

2014 Ready or Not

I don't often write about my personal feelings. I am a private man with the belief that a statement is made in the result, not the pitch, not the words on a page. We live in a very plastic society where the veneer is more important that the foundation. 

I am at a point where the balance of my story is about to tip. Either I can settle for the abilities and expectations of others or I can steel my will and impose my belief upon others. I am doubtless in my ability and full aware of my failings.
