Bird's Eye View
During the summer months the heat and humidity in the shop create a real nightmare for working with, well, almost anything. In order to prevent damaging the gum paste it is more advantageous to seek a drier area to work. Large portions of the 50th floor are unoccupied and used for storing glass racks, queens, and chairs and tables. It also works great for sugar flowers. Plus the view is not all that bad.
