Park 75 Fall Desserts

Bread Pudding - Butternut Squash roasted with Bourbon and warm spices, Walnut Brioche and Custard, topped with sous vide poached Granny Smith Apples and Oatmeal Crisp, served with Vanilla Anglaise, a Caramel Crisp, a Granny Smith Apple Chip and dusted with fresh grated Ceylon Cinnamon
