What a week. The sudden pop-up for Coca-Cola's 125th has been a beast. Nothing dramatic, just lots of stuff. That also backs up to several Birthday Cakes and an Engagement cake - sorry no pic's, just trying to knock it out. We also have the Berry Trifle for the Monastery tomorrow. I was hoping to meat the Abbot. He's supposed to be a bonsai aficionado.

I did however find so other pic's for your perusal.

Britt at the Magnolia Ball. I've never known anyone who smiles quite that much.

More individual Birthday Cakes - Chocolate Raspberry Torte and the Orange Creamsicle.

Super fresh, local berries for our Trifles Friday night. We plucked the soft, bruised and overripe ones for coulis - unbelievable. I don't have a memory of fruit being like this - real. The greenery doesn't hold so well and will have to be trimmed.

Local, Organic dessert tasting. The cream, butter and eggs all came from nearby. We had to source several ingredients from Whole Foods, but still very good.

  • Limoncello Mousse Dome, Almond Dacquoise Biscuit, Raspberry Coulis, Spun Sugar - would have preferred it on top, but due to attendance considerations we have to put it on the side.
  • Tasting plate
  • Strawberry Shortcake
