Rustic Southern Amenity

Occasionally I get to deliver something more "personal." We had a special VIP Chef in who specializes in Classic Americana. This is a composite memory of stomping through the winter countryside from my childhood, with some good nibbles - Milk Chocolate dipped Cornmeal Biscotti, Pecan Crusted Candied Country Ham, Peach Chutney and Fresh Shortcakes.
